Iqbal Typing
Company formation pages need a domain that renews and mail that looks like the firm. A Gmail on a visa quote is how you lose the next conversation.
iqbaltyping.comI register (or transfer) the .ae or .com, put the site on hosting you can log into, and set professional email on that domain. If the only login sits in someone else’s Gmail, you do not own the business online. That is the job. Pretty homepages come after.
UAE owners usually buy a website and discover a year later that the .ae renews in the freelancer’s Nic.ae, the host invoices a personal card, and mail is still founder@gmail.com. This service is the unglamorous part of web development: registrar, DNS, SSL, mail. I do it with you looking at the logins.
If the site is already live and you only want a faster or safer server, that is website migration. If it is a 404 with no copy, that is restore. If Google says you are hacked, stop and go to malware removal.
“Free domain with hosting” often means the name sits in the vendor’s account. That is not a gift. It is a lock.
Accredited .ae registrar, documents they actually ask for, login on your email. I can manage DNS. I cannot “hold the domain for you”.
Register both if they are free. Redirect one. Splitting the brand across two live sites is how you split rankings. More in the .ae guide.
cPanel, Cloudways, a small VPS or similar — in your account. SSL on. Backups you have restored once on purpose, not a checkbox you never tested.
Cheap shared boxes with forty plugins are why UAE sites fail speed work before design is the problem. I will say when the plan is too small.
A, CNAME, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC. Nameservers you can change. If DNS only exists in my head, the next developer will break mail.
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, or a host mailbox if that is all you need. Match the address on the site, invoices and Google Business Profile.
You try registrar, host and mail while I am still on the call. Same rule as development handover.
Domains lapse. Hosting invoices bounce. A care plan watches that. A lapsed .ae is a registrar problem, not a theme problem.
Shared-hosting ads in the UAE still start cheap. That can be fine for a brochure if SSL and backups exist. It is not fine if the only copy of the site is on that box and nobody has ever restored it. A freelancer who registers the .ae under their trade licence is selling lock-in, not a favour.
I set registrar and host in your name. Google and Microsoft bill you for mailboxes. I quote the setup hours. I do not pretend their licence is my product.
| Practice | Cheap shared hosting ad | “We’ll keep the domain” | ITZ setup |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who owns the .ae | Often bundled, unclear at renewal | The vendor’s registrar login | Your accredited registrar account |
| Who pays hosting | You, on their brand | Them, then they invoice you | You, on a host you can open |
| Host mailbox, spam-prone if DNS is lazy | Still a Gmail “for now” | you@domain with SPF / DKIM / DMARC | |
| SSL & DNS | Usually auto, until it is not | Hidden in their panel | Documented records, HTTPS on |
| Backups | A checkbox nobody tested | “We have copies” on a laptop | A restore you have seen work once |
| If I disappear | You still have the panel, maybe | You have a hostage | You already logged in without me |
| Public 2026 ads (research) | From ~AED 10–50 / month | Folded into a website quote | Setup quoted; vendor licences billed to you |
Ranges compiled from public 2026 UAE hosting and registrar ads (.ae often AED 99–399 / year; cheap shared from about AED 10–50 / month; Workspace and Microsoft 365 per mailbox at vendor list). Research, not ITZ list prices. 5% UAE VAT applies unless the quote is marked inclusive.
I did not invent these businesses to sell hosting. They are production sites. If the domain lapses or mail breaks, WhatsApp is not a substitute for info@ on a tender.

Catalogue weight · Al Barsha
A product catalogue is heavy on the host. Cheap shared hosting that throttles images is a speed problem before it is a design problem.
eurostarbuildingmaterials.com
B2B trust · Dubai
Procurement checks a .ae and a mailbox that matches the letterhead. “Not secure” on the first visit is a lost meeting.
vmsit.ae
Corporate brochure · UAE
PDFs and service pages are boring until the host expires. Ownership of the panel is how a corporate site stays findable.
mcsuae.me
Local service brand · Dubai
Local work lives on NAP and tap-to-call. The domain in Maps has to match the domain that actually loads. That is DNS, not a logo.
dubaisro.comWhatsApp closes deals in the UAE. Email still sits on invoices, tenders and Google Business. founder@gmail.com on a AED-sized proposal looks unfinished. I connect Workspace or Microsoft 365, or a simple host mailbox if that is the brief — then SPF, DKIM and DMARC so you are less likely to land in spam.
I do not resell Google at a mystery markup unless we write that down. You pay them. I set DNS. The same address should appear on the website, the footer and the map listing.
A domain with no hosting is a parked page. Hosting with no domain is a temporary URL nobody will remember. I connect them, add SSL, and only then talk about the homepage. If you already have a live site on a tired host, skip this page and open migration.
Use the launch checklist as the punch-list: HTTPS, sitemap, no leftover noindex, WhatsApp still reachable. PDPL still applies to the form that now sits on your host.
Check .ae and .com. Primary plus redirect. No two live brands unless you mean it.
Your account, your documents, your email. I sit with you. I do not register it under ITZ.
Plan that fits the stack. SSL, backups, region. You open the panel.
Records documented. MX ready before anyone sends a test invoice.
Workspace, Microsoft 365 or host mail. SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
| Check | Why it is on the list |
|---|---|
| You can open the registrar | A screenshot of a domain is not ownership. |
| You can open hosting | If I hold the only password, you rented a site. |
| HTTPS loads without a warning | Launch week is when “Not secure” still happens. |
| A test mail arrives, not in spam | MX without SPF is how invoices bounce. |
| A backup has been restored once | An untested backup is a story. See restore. |
| Nameservers written down | The next developer should not have to guess. |
| Auto-renew on, card in your name | Lapsed .ae is not a WordPress bug. |
I do not sell “unlimited hosting for life”. Registrar and cloud mail are billed by those vendors. I quote the work to connect them properly.
You have a domain or a host. I tell you what is missing: DNS, mail, SSL, ownership.
The usual job: register or point the name, host in your account, SSL, professional mail.
I do not publish a fake “hosting from AED 9” tile. Vendor licences are theirs. Setup is quoted when I can see what you already own. After go-live, maintenance is how renewals do not become a 404.
Someone is paying Nic.ae or the registrar. If it is “free”, check whose login renews it.
If files and DNS live only with me, you rented a website. Accounts stay in your name.
They are live client sites. This page is how you keep keys. It is not a claim that I am their landlord.
Shared hosts throttle. Mailboxes have vendor prices. I will say the real plan, not a banner.
you@yourdomain.ae on the website, invoices and Google Business Profile. No hosting hostage, no Gmail on the quote, no “free domain” that renews in someone else’s account. WhatsApp the company name and what you already own.
